BUDIZ SVETLO
/Let There Be Light/
is the name of a web application designed to study the Bible for spiritual, mental, and physical self-renovation, and to preparing for the second coming of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
Therefore, the main and necessary part of the program are all the holy scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, together with the Navigator, Concordances and Copier. The Navigator searching for Bible verses according to their numbering, the Bible Concordance to search for the Bible verses according to their contents, and the Strong's Concordance to search for the Bible verses according to Strong's numbers which were associated with original Hebrew and Greek words in the Bible.
The first English text of the holy Scriptures is according to the edition of King James Version of the Bible from 1769 which has been used by the spirit of prophecy – see the program group of The Testimony of Jesus – and that is, with only minor exceptions, identical to the Czech and Slovak translations mentioned below. The second English version is The Webster Bible from 1833, which is a revision of the King James Version grammatically. The Czech text of the holy Scriptures is according to the latest Kralice version of the Bible from 1613. The Slovak text of the holy Scriptures is according to the revised version of the Bible by Prof. Jozef Rohacek.
In the English version of the program, the numbering of verses in the Navigator, in the navigation from the status bars of windows with biblical texts, and in the Copier, has been set up according to the King James Version of the Bible and sometimes may not agree with numberings in the other versions of the Bible – but always there are copied, navigated, and set texts concordant with the verses of the King James Version regardless of their numberings. The second part of the program is made up of documents which are divided into three main groups for better lucidity:
1. Intro (everything related to the program itself)
2. The Word of God (everything related to the Bible and its study)
3. The Testimony of Jesus (everything related to the writings of the spirit of prophecy)
That the program may be worthy of its name, there are to it to studying the Bible, next to alone Bible versions, added only by God inspired writings of the spirit of prophecy, and perhaps even the writings of the Adventist pioneers about whom the spirit of prophecy bears witness, that though they were not inspired by God, yet they were led by the Spirit of God, and that their writings containing valuable truths should be re-published and distributed – see the program document of Daniel and the Revelation.
If I want to study the Bible independently of other people and their views – see the program document of How to Study the Bible – I have to enable also other users of this program to be in studying independent of me and my views. It is, therefore, desirable to bring into the program none private or other documents, whether my own or accepted from others, except those mentioned above, even more in it to suppress human self, so that the Spirit of God and His work may excel even more, and under public universal control, beside development of the program itself, to focus primarily on the faithful translations of the Bible, of inspired writings of the spirit of prophecy, perhaps even of writings of the Adventist Pioneers.
Personal documents will be much more rightly and more than better replaced with comments from the writings of the spirit of prophecy, perhaps even from the writings of the Adventist pioneers, which the Spirit of God, through the spirit of prophecy by Ellen G. White, not recommends, but directly commands to study.
The main rightful version of the program is that which is just actual and running on the Internet from a file on disk. Program designed to download is only the secondary alternative to the program running on the Web, and once installed, it may be used even without an Internet connection. Because this secondary alternative program is freely available, there is also the danger of its forgery or the other abuse – and therefore once again I emphasize:
The rightful and authoritative program is always that which is currently running on the Web.
